ANNOUNCEMENTS

June 3 - 5:30 p.m. - Church Picnic on Mom's Hill. Those whose last names start with A-L please bring a dessert, and the M-Zs bring a salad. Meat, drink, and table service will be provided. You may also want to bring lawn chairs.

June 6 - 7:00 p.m. - Bible study and prayer meeting here at the church. This is the night for Team Kid.

June 17 - 7:00 p.m. - "Life's Experiences," c/o Ric Gullman.

June 25 - July 1 - Summer Bible School here at Morning View.
They are collecting square tissue boxes and small clear plastic bottles. See boxes in back of the church under the bench.

July 6,7, 8 - YOUTH RETREAT at Highland Retreat. There will not be a featured speaker, but different young adults will speak at the different meetings. Come for spiritual enrichment, fellowship, & fun.

REMINDER: Please return your ballots regarding a pastoral assistant by next week. Thanks.

NOTE OF THANKS: The VMRC Auxiliary Board is most grateful for your efforts in raising $350.00 for the VMRC Compassion Fund. A total of $25,000 was raised through the church-based fund raising effort. This money will help make up the difference between Medicaid reimbursements and the cost of nursing care for residents of Oak Lea.
