ANNOUNCEMENTS September 4 - 7:00 p.m. - Life's Experiences program c/o Ric Gullman. Come in work clothes. Roman and Elva Miller and their daughters will be with us.
September 7 - 7:00 p.m. - Bible study and prayer meeting at the church.
September 8 - 9:30 a.m. - The Morning View WMSC will meet at the church. This year we will be selling at the Relief Sale two of the remaining comforters that Barbara Crider pieced. If you are interested in seeing or possibly purchasing one, they will be here at the church September 18.
September 12 - (Monday) 6:30 p.m. - Hunger Banquet sponsored by MCC & Oxfam at Park View Menn. Church. You will be served rice or a meal depending on which 3rd of the world you are placed in. This is a free event, but donations will be accepted for cost of food. Details - see Marlin or Christine Burkholder.
September 16, 17 - Mountain Valley District Assembly will meet at Dayton Mennonite Church. See inserts for what's on the schedule.
September 18 - Noon - Planned lunch at Sparkling Springs with afternoon activities.
December 2 - Bus trip to the National Cathedral in Washington D.C. to hear a performance of Handel=s Messiah. Call Kathy Rhodes at 434-7843 for reservations.
